This Privacy Policy applies to the website at allanvrealestate.com/ operated by Allan Vega, a licensed Texas real estate agent with AEA Realty / The Ask Ozzie Team, based in Houston, Texas.

By using this website or submitting any form on it, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit your information.

Information you provide directly — When you fill out the contact form or the quick lead bar, we collect:

• YLOPO Property Search Widget — The property search tool on this site is powered by YLOPO. Using that widget may subject you to YLOPO's own terms and privacy practices.
• Google Calendar — The scheduling link ("Schedule a free 15-min call") opens Google Calendar. Booking an appointment is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google Fonts — Fonts are loaded from Google's servers, which may log your IP address per Google's Privacy Policy.

5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

This site uses cookies and similar technologies, including:

• Analytics cookies — Set by Google Analytics to distinguish unique visitors and sessions
• Advertising cookies — Set by the Meta Pixel to track conversions and enable retargeting on Facebook and Instagram

7. Data Retention

Form submission data (name, email, phone, area, budget) is stored in a Google Sheet accessible only to Allan Vega. We retain this data for as long as it is useful for business purposes — typically no more than 3 years after last contact. You may request deletion at any time (see Your Rights below).

Analytics data is retained per Google's default settings (up to 14 months for GA4 user data).

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access — Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Correction — Ask us to correct inaccurate information
• Deletion — Request that we delete your personal information
• Opt-out of marketing — Reply STOP to any text or email to opt out immediately
• California residents (CCPA) — You have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete it, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information)

9. Children's Privacy

This website is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.
